Philip,   Ok for this scenario.   How could I have seamless roaming with no cut on existing sessions with the following ?  - internet access is done using MG21, could have multiple MG21 for bandwidth and high avaiblity  - one single SSID compose with MRs linked using MS120 and others using Wireless Mesh   But I suppose in this case the Wireless Mesh network cannot itself use multiple MG21 only one will be valid ? Hi Philip,   That should work when I can interconnect each module using Fiber, in my case it's a huge place with no possibility to have Fiber link everywhere to interconnect everyone. It's why I am thinking to use this module concept (MG+MS+MRs) at different location and globally I will have a full wifi coverage done by multiple modules doing roaming all together ! Hi John,   I got the same problem with 5x MR52 and one MR84 thinking that my Apple devices was hardware fault, changed motherboard on one MacBook Air Retina explaining at the Apple store that the physical wireless layer link speed between my Apple device and the Meraki AP was random dropping less than 13mb/s... Hi all,   Deployed for 5x MR52 and 1x MR84 with a successful WPA3 Personal test.   Why we cannot combine "Identity PSK without Radius" with WPA3 Personal ?   It makes sense to have the following : - a single SSID with WPA3 in transition mode allowing WPA2 with PFM enabled - by default devices are set to a guest vlan using Identity PSK without Radius with default password - a different password for Identity PSK will apply another policy with a different Vlan for other users - etc...   This currently what I am doing without WPA3 and Identity PSK where default setting map the user to a guest vlan and manually I apply a different group policy to map the user into another vlan... ... Hi,   I saw your thread and just want to give my feedback and experience when using Meraki infrastructure with Sonos devices.   I got a similar situation : - 2x Fiber access at home with a MX68 - connected to a Meraki Switch MS220 - with one MR84 and 5x MR52   Sonos devices in all the property. I learn the following : - Sonos does not handle properly when a Sonos instance is running across multiple Meraki MR because they don't handle correctly different BSSID for the same SSID network when having multiple Meraki MR for the same SSID, my workaround for this is not simple :  - put maximum of Sonos devices using LAN network on a specific Vlan - for Sonos devices using Wifi, I create a specific SSID with the same Vlan than above, on a specific Meraki MR to be sure they don't use multiple Meraki MR devices   Regarding the control and access to Sonos devices, because I am using only AirPlay 2 (all the other traffic is blocked) I have the done the following : - my main SSID network is using 802.11x and 802.11r (with Fastlane enabled) with Meraki SM (Systems Manager), devices must be enrolled first to access this SSID just with certificate, this SSID has Air Play 2 support. All devices not enrolled cannot access this SSID because they need a device certificate. Yes correct, the app must support it and send appropriate information automatically. Then if the infrastructure support fast lane like Meraki with MR, MS ans MX traffic will be prioritized according marking information send by the app.   One thing, I am using Meraki MDM to enroll my device (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android and PC) to setup specific SSID with 802.X using certificate and VPN. By default for each FastLane is set on the UI as Capable. I am not sure if without MDM you can have Fast Lane ? ... View more

Hi Joe,   For iOS you don't need to do it it's built-in inside the iOS since version 11, it's a partnership between Apple and Cisco called FastLane. Download the Cisco app on the App Store and you will see if your network has Fastlane configured. Goad is that each app will add the appropriate COS/DCSP information to provide visibility for the network to be able to handle it properly...
