You can claim the switch in Organization > Inventory and then add the switch to the desired network.    Once the switch is added to the network and connected to the upstream (ISP) it will download the firmware and come online on dashboard. Please make sure the outbound firewall rules for cloud connectivity are open on the upstream. After the switch is completely online on the dashboard and if you still have some ports/interfaces that are not working as expected or disconnected even if device is connected, you can open up a support case for further investigation on the switch and RMA can be placed later if needed. ...
