Hi Team, We tried to connect the Realme 2 Pro device to the Meraki wireless network by using Wi-Fi. The mobile device has Android 10. The device is not able to connect the Wi-Fi network. Whenever we try to connect, it gives the "Access Denied" error. Does Meraki support Android 10? If so, could you guide me on how to connect the device to the network?

We have the core switches stacked. If the stacked switches reboot at the same time, we should have a maintenance window. Is there any other possibility of neglecting the downtime?

Hi Team, How can we upgrade the stacked Meraki switch's firmware? I just have network admin access, I don't have organization admin. Still, can I do the firmware upgrade for the switches separately, or can I do the staged upgrade with network admin access? Can we do the manual firmware upgrade for every single switch?

Hi Team, I have enabled SSID availability on our network. Till now, we have installed more than 160 Meraki APs. I have tagged 91 devices for SSID availability, but most of the devices still broadcast the disabled SSID publicly. 10–15 devices only disabled that SSID. Could anyone help me mitigate the issue?

Hi Alemabrahao, Thank you for your response. I got the information from your reply, and I tried to implement it. I found that we can filter and find the whitelisted device count for a maximum of one month from the client usage page. I would like to know the exact number of whitelisted devices. Hi Team, In the Meraki dashboard, we can whitelist 3000 wireless clients. Is it for the entire network or for the specific SSID? What will happen if we whitelist more than 3000? Where do we see the whitelisted client count details in the dashboard? If we whitelist one of the device's MAC, how many days will it exist in the dashboard? If we can't connect the whitelisted device to the wireless network for more than a month, will it exist, or can we connect the device after 50 days from the day of whitelisting? If the whitelisted working device gets inactive for 3 months, will it work after 3 months? Some of the wireless clients frequently disconnect from the network. How can we mitigate that? Is there any way to see all the client's individual connectivity time on a single page with the graphical representation for the specific SSID?

They might expect it, like you said. But we need to check the device CPU utilization frequently. If we want to check the device CPU utilization, we can raise a TAC case. But we need to raise a TAC case at least once per week to know about the device CPU utilization.

Hi Team, Could you help me check the CPU utilization of the Meraki MS425-16P Switch? I raised a TAC case. They informed me about the CPU utilization. When I asked for a screenshot of the utilization, they replied that they could not share screenshots of any backend logs due to their policy. I have to submit the CPU utilization to my internal team. Is there any other way to get the utilization of the Meraki switches from the support?
