I don't have MX68CW, but MX67, MX68, MX75 and MX105, all these models showing eventually the alert. And all cases there was WAN failover and/or a failback, but the alert takes too loooong to hide.

Hello everyone! There is an URL [https://t.rdsv2.net] being categorized on Meraki as Phishing, wich is explicity blocked in Content Filtering. @RaphaelL thank you! ISP answered: "Analyzing the contracted DDoS service, there has been no active mitigation for your environment since the service was activated. Blocking by the DDoS tool only occurs when there is a mitigation in progress, which is only carried out after prior authorization."
