I recommend to use MAC-table via switch if you do have access to switch. Something like CDP neighbors can help to find MAC addresses. You can then match these with serials in dashboard. Disconnect from switch ony by one and YES, use binoculars or switch off lights in warehouse, do it once the sun is gone. Your problem is Tx power. 10 dBm is too low and 24 dBm is too high. Keep it to around 17 dBm.   You'll get a lot of misleading info about Tx power from vendors/integrators/et al. Wi-Fi is a two-way communication medium so Tx power needs to be similar on client and AP. Most clients are in the neighborhood of 17 dBm (50 mW).  ... View more

There is a physical barcode and mac on EACH physical AP that can be scanned. Contact your admin who should be able to get you an export based upon the network container to which they have assigned the serial number, they can easily export this as a csv file. ... View more
