こんにちわ。   @hmja さんは書きました: Meraki Go スイッチングハブ 24ポート (GS110-24) -GX20経由でGR10(3台)を2年間ほど問題なく利用していたのですが、今朝の7:30に「ハードウェアのオフラインに関するアラート」メールで、GR10が3台とも「ハードウェアはオフラインになりました」という通知が届き、Wi-Fiに繋がらなくなりました。 GR10は全てPoEで給電していたのですが、ランプが付いていないため何らかの原因で給電が出来なくなったようです。 GS110-24とGX20の電源ケーブルの抜き差しと、GR10のLANケーブルの抜き差しを行いましたが改善されないためLANケーブル等の故障を疑いましたが、 3本が同時に断線するとは考えにくいため原因の特定が出来ずに困っております。 ここまで、問題発生時のトラブルシューティングとして、物理的部分から確認されているのは素晴らしいです。 原因の特定ができずと書きながら冷静に判断かけられており、内容からご判断は全て正しいと考えられます。 さて、障害原因の切り分けです。   3/16 07:30のalertで3台同時にオフライン →GR3台と、GRへ接続するLANケーブル3本は正常と判断します。   可能性が高いのは同時にPoEの給電が止まったスイッチングハブ 24ポート自体（電源周り含む）です。 PoEモデルなので、GS110-24/Pですね。   とりあえず、APPからGSへアクセスし、トラブルシューティングして改善するかみてください。しない場合はその後の変化について Meraki Go - Troubleshooting Tools - Cisco Meraki GS自体のLEDは光って通電できるのか？ GS再起動（電源抜き差しはすでに実施と思われますが、未処理なら試す） ポートの状態は？ Meraki Go - GS Switch Ports - Cisco Meraki   さて、あとは別の部分でファームのアップデート履歴がないか見てください。Globalで同じような時期にPoEダウンの話が上がっていますので。   Regard, ... This is due to the fact as one account should be one location, and the Security Appliance should be the entrance to the internet.     You can manage each GX by using Go accounts created with different email addresses. However, you will need to switch accounts. こんにちわ。   現状でも同じようなMerakiの環境状況と認識しています。   ちょっと別の観点からなのですが、VBAでリンククリック→パケット送信の自動化で処理とかいかがでしょ？ VBAやらない人間なのでVBAでの実行可能性が微妙ですが。あるいは画面クリックの自動化処理させる類似技術で。     Meraki Dashboardの各クライアント画面に“Wake-On-LANを送信”ってありますよね。 各クライアント毎にクライアントページのURLの末尾が異なっていて。   予めクライアントごとのURLとクリック先の情報はFixなので、リスト化してマウスクリックのマクロソフトウェアとかで開かせて叩かせてもできそうな。。   これの良いところは、NW構成変更や機材導入はほぼ不要で、ブラウザ管理型なら同様にできるかなというところです。 できるだろうと想定はしていますが、自身で必要性とか意欲はないので実施検証されてみてください。   Regard, ...
