3850 switches probably won't have the power saving mode. however, are they poe+ or UPOE 3850's are the AP's showing they are pulling the full 30 watts? is CDP enabled? Is the IOS on the 3850's somewhat updated? I've seen 3850's do strange things depending on the IOS or hardware version, I also would not update if super far behind and you have no spares.  are the MR57's in the portal showing low power mode? Agree here, Make sure the links from your ISP to your MX are full duplex 1gbps, also same on the LAN side. You could also try testing the speeds directly connected to a interface on the MX instead of the downstream switches to rule things out. ... View more

How far away are the sites from each other. Are they on different ISP's. Check a traceroute between site from public IP to Public IP. Check the MTU between the sites. what is the upload/download on each site. Is it Fiber\DSL\COAX. on the Slow side is the upload Lower then the fast side? If the path is between multiple ISP's most likely the issue. Also try with IPS\AMP disabled. Can The ubuntu server ping the Meraki? Does the ubuntu server have a default Gateway that is pointing to the Meraki? What External IP is the ubuntu server leaving on the internet, is it showing the IP that you set in the 1:1 NAT? Do you have both a Forwarding Rule and a 1:1 NAT rule pointing to the same device, If so try removing the forwarding rule and just keep the 1:1. Any Layer 7 Firewall rules blocking the connection? Any IPS logs show blocks on SSH? Did you confirm this second public IP is working? ... View more
