Is there any way to get alerts when a new or unknown device connects to a network? I haven't found anything. I realize if you had public wi-fi access you wouldn't want something like this. But in a static high-security environment knowing that new or unknown device connected to the network would be beneficial. Even if it was just a simple email alert. Thanks for the help.

I think Meraki support actually has to allow you to see the higher version like 14.X You'll need to contact them.

I see in the new Security Center there is an option to block IP or block country. The block country option creates a Layer 7 rule for the corresponding country. Does anybody use this? It's tempting to block some countries I could never see us sending traffic to or from.

The schedule config changes would be great. Some config changes cause disruption to production traffic. It gets annoying to have to do a 2 min change after hours sometimes.

Yes, we have two MX100's in a HA pair. We seem to have a couple times a night where flip-floplop who is primary then flip back again. I have never been able to nail down the reason. The whole thing happens under a minute. I suspect it could just be a latency blip that causes the failover. They are some pretty sweet firewalls. We don't use anything with Amazon's services though.

Thanks for the update and all the detail. I'd have been nervous too during that long upgrade process. This is something I'm going to be doing in the near future. We have random dropped uplinks from time to time. Let us if it fixes your issues.

I have 2 MS-350 stacks. One stack with 2 switches and the other with 3 switches. When we first tried deploying these a year ago we had issues. Firmware wasn't out for stacking them back then. We had multiple engineers pulling their hair out of some of the bizarre issues that were going on. I haven't had any issues over the last 8 months with them though. We are still running MS 8.10
