No you can't. Using NAT mode on Meraki AP's make the AP's work like firewalls. They will translate your source IP to their management IP for packets going to clients in the wired network. This setup is only valid if you have a very very small environment with no VLAN support. The moment you do have VLAN's on your switches you should use bridging instead and let the network handle your DHCP.
