Pessoal, Tenho 10 MR34 numa "NETWORK". A empresa adquiriu uma LIC-ENT-1YR para esses MR34. Nunca fiz essa operação de adicionar uma licença. Alguém que tem experiência com esse procedimento pode me ajudar?

Yes. I did a factory reset on the APs. The 2.4Ghz frequency was disabled. Only endpoints that work at 5Ghz were able to connect.

Good afternoon people. See if anyone can help me. I have a network that I climbed these days with 25 MR34. There are some smartphones that do not find any of these APs. I suspect it can only be the endpoint, since I have 3 dozen connected endpoints. What can I check in the management environment and what can I do on the endpoint side? I appreciate the opportunity within the community.

Boa tarde pessoal. Vejam se alguém pode me ajudar. Tenho uma rede que subi esses dias com 25 MR34. Tem alguns smartphones que não encontra nenhum desses APs. Eu desconfio que só pode ser o endpoint, já que tenho 3 dezenas de endpoints conectados. O que posso verificar no ambiente de gerencia e o que posso fazer do lado do endpoint? Agradeço a oportunidade dentro da comunidade.
