@kanoga88  If it's not an application update, but an iOS software update, @BlakeRichardson  is correct.   Also, iOS software update has a file size of 1GB or more and it takes a lot of time to download it to the mobile device. If you see "Settings - General - iPad Storage", you can check how much iOS software update file has been downloaded. If the iOS software update command is normally push to the device, this download file is created and the capacity increases. ... View more

@kanoga88    Unfortunately when it comes to Location Services related items, Apple has been pretty hesitant to give us any control over them through restrictions or settings under the guise of user privacy, which I understand.   I would much rather be able to turn on location services to all of my iPads in the school district and make sure Meraki's App is granted access to location services rather than relying on students to enable this but unfortunately that request has never happen from Apple and I suspect never will. ...   Hi.   All vendors' MDM solutions provide management of only MDM payloads supported by Apple.   Apple does not provide any MDM Payload related to power management of iOS devices. The same goes for MDM Payload on Mac as well as iOS.   https://support.apple.com/guide/mdm/iphone-and-ipad-payloads-mdmdca795ebd/web Still, I checked the 'Apple Configurator' in case I was wondering, but likewise, I couldn't see the functions of power management.
