Hi All, Want to enable MAC based access control For Meraki Wifi SSID. I have enable it on Meraki dashboard and add the Radius Server however im not sure how it will work in the background and what all configuration i need to setup on Switch on which MR device is connected or on Radius server. Hi All, Facing issue in the Meraki wireless deployment I have created 2 SSIDs one for CORP and one for guest and using different VLAN. If i can my laptop to meraki AP an getting the IP of the VLAn mapped to SSID but in gateway im getting the IP address of MEraki AP 10.128.128.128. exam SSID Guest Vlan 10 subnet 192.168.1.0/24 Ip address im getting on Laptop. 192.168.1.20 255.255.255.0 10.128.128.128 Not sure whats happening 😞

Hi All, I'm using Pre-shared Key as an Authentication method for SSID's configured on Meraki dashboard for MEraki AP's However when users are connecting to the Wireless they are not getting any popup to put Key and getting connected to the SSID without putting the Authentication Key. The IP address they are getting correctly from the same VLAN to which SSID have been map. Can someone please help

Hi All Meraki AP is not getting IP address through DHCP . I have removed that LAN cable from Meraki AP and connect it to Laptop directly DHCP is working fine, and Laptop is getting IP address from correct Subnet. Not sure why Meraki AP is not getting IP through DHCP and its giving me "AP is a repeater" under LAN IP. Also can someone suggest if put static IP in the Meraki AP the Meshing should enable or Disable

Hi Does it work if i give static IP to the AP.. I can see that 2 AP got same IP address now and one of then is down(both get same IP address 192.168.1.131) and one AP is up and second one is down how i can t-shoot further. Also is dere anyway we can release the AP IP address to force it to get new IP address

Hi, Can someone please update if we can use same subnet(example 192.168.1.0/24) for Switch and Meraki AP. On switch we will creating management VLAN SVI and assign the IP address however AP connected to the Switchs we want Dynamic IP from the same Pool (192.168.1.0/24). After doing this do we have any limitation or issue. Any suggestion Thanks in advance.

@GreenMan Thanks for the information I there any way to disable the wireless mesh uplink using a nearby wired Meraki AP. Thats correct the Switch port is not configured for few APs however i dont want APs to connect by using the Internet connection of another AP. I want AP to use only Wired connection towards Internet.] How i can disable to the wireless mesh uplink using a nearby wired Meraki AP
