I see the benefit of switch cloning and see that it can take all port level config and layer 2 configs in the cloning.  The Meraki docs say the switch has to come from the same switch model.  Does this mean series or physical model?    I'm looking at trying to clone 52 ms390's to ms355's after all the issues from the ms390s.  Is this possible or will I have to manually rebuild these switches? ... Hi,   I have a customer wanting to change their Sonicwall out for a MX250.  The problem I see is that their Sonicwall is based on zones so some of the rules on the Sonicwall do not have those subnets present on the firewall.  When moving to the MX250 if the subnet doesn't exist on the MX then I cannot add that rule.  In some of these cases there are physically no more addresses in the small subnet that I can use to add anything on the MX.     At the end of the MX firewall rules I add my DENY ANY ANY and this is where my question comes.  If I did a port forwarding or a 1:1 NAT will those override and pass through the firewall even if those subnets do not match my firewall list or will they still be caught in the DENY ANY ANY rule? ... I have a customer that is looking at getting Meraki Systems Manager and one of the questions that came up was can the "Encrypt device internal storage" in the profile settings of the dashboard allow them to stop using BitLocker and merge over to Meraki for it all?     If this can be a replacement to BitLocker, does it have a page internally within the dashboard that if the user is locked out they can call their local support and be provided a passcode to get logged in similar to BitLocker? ... I am working with a customer and their cloud voice(RingCentral) calls keep randomly dropping.  I have created the custom QOS policy requested by RingCentral but random calls continue to drop or become choppy.  RingCentral states it's not on their end and when I run packet capture I do see the EF tags on outbound and inbound UDP call packets.  Does Meraki have the visibility into the QOS queues to see if they are filling up?    I found the below doc information stating how Meraki processes QOS queues but didn't know if actual visibility into the queue was possible whether from customer end or Meraki support?   ********* VoIP would be guaranteed 8/13 or ~62% percent of the bandwidth.
