@Mahadevan So let me see if I get your actual use case. You want to allow users to chat in application but not call or video chat?      -If that is the case you could possibly do some layer7 rules around video and WhatsApp just by reading packet captures of where the individual data is going. @Tatah My immediate suggestion would be papertrail cloud. However, you should do some research as to your initial setup. For instance, I send each of my networks to a different syslog server inside of papertrail. In my experience this has worked way more efficiently as it separates all the data for each instead of having to search one server for all networks.    If you have any questions on setting up syslog this will be your go-to step by step guide from Papertrail.    - When it comes to upgrading just for the dropped events. My opinion is to hold off until you do your Root Cause analysis. There may be a symptom inside of the MX causing all the events to crash or it could be firmware related. Recently one of my MX's had a simmilar issue of events dropped (in the thousands not millions). The root cause for me ended up being the cell card looking for a connection. @EricWenger it truly depends on your uses cases you could segment your network to block off that traffic but I mean what are you solving for? If your use case is security-related i would ask the question of how are your devices connected? (Direct via Ethernet or WiFI) this will really help and decide how or if to segment your network. @merakisimon This was amazing! Really good output! In my opinion, one thing I would really like to see is the ability to export all of the DHCP Scopes for the entire organization. This would give us the ability to manage these without a BlueCat or Infoblox solution. @Doar Absolutely you can do this several ways! It also depends on the type of network that you have setup. If you could provide screenshots it would be great.        I see my clients when I select a "Network" dropdown then go > Network Wide it will bring you to a page that has an overview of your entire network with all the clients listed.    you will see columns in the middle that look like this. You can also click the top of the Usage column to quickly sort by most utilized. Once you find that bandwidth-hogging client you then can click details which will bring you to the device summary page for that client. You will see an awesome graph on the right showing the applications that the device is using so maybe you can create some new policies.    I know that was long-winded but if you can provide screenshots of what you see.      ...
