This means Meraki cloud is having issues connecting to your Device. Mostly it is due to the ISP or customer network issue. Very rarely it could be due to some outage at Meraki side also. You should probably unenroll the device from Meraki MDM prior to sending it for repair. If the logic board was replaced at the Apple Store, and although the serial number stayed the same , other hardware identifiers like UUID etc might get changed. In this current situation, you may try to reformat.   If that does not work, the solution is to Delete (Remove From Network) the device from the list of Devices in Meraki Systems Manager. Seems to be a bug from Apple side. I did talk to Apple tech about it and they did acknowledge the issue. Resetting network connection fixes the issue but current apple firmware are still vulnerable to it so it might come back again until Apple provide a fix. ... View more
