documentation is correct. you can't use 4G as active connection if one of the wan ports have active internet. you also can not make a rule to forward subnet x to the 4G.

not from the dashboard no. i dont know if support can. cdp and lldp are on and used to provide the dashboard with info. but things like lldp are also used for negotiating poe, putting device in the correct vlan etc.. what cdp security risks do you face in a trusted network?

depends if you traffic stays at the stack/vlan or not. if you know your traffic flows and most traverse to another coreswitch (vlan x to vlan y) or to the cloud you are best of capturing only the uplinks.

no u can 't. but one-way audio is most time not a qos problem. did you take packet capture to make sure the meraki receives dscp ef values from the phone and sending them on the uplink to you catalyst?
