I did some more sleuthing based on a user request. She reported the inability to reach doodle.com. I couldn't find any reason why that site was blocked, so I did a WHOIS lookup. It's based in Ireland. I had blocked Ireland in our firewall. Turns out, if you block Ireland in your firewall, you can't reach cisco.com. This also breaks facebook.com and the aforementioned doodle.com. I removed the Ireland block from the firewall, and all is right with the world again.

There has been a nagging bug where content filtering was based on IP, not DNS - so it would block servers hosting many websites. Could have been related.

If you mean to get a listing of all the applications installed on managed devices and to which machines they are installed on: 1. Navigate to your MDM Network. 2. Hover over Systems Manager in the left pane. 3. Click on Software in the menu flyout. 4. This will bring you to the Software inventory. There is a button on the right to Download as CSV. That listing in the CSV will show every application on devices under management and on which devices each application is installed.
