There was indeed a problem with NAT. After setting a manual NAT traversal it works. The NAT warning, you circled in red, is still orange, but it works!

I tried yesterday before answering and I was not able to modify vlan configuration if DHCP has been disabled with reserved or fixed ranges. I thought it was possible as you said.
