I just recently experience with one of my Z1 that it drops site-to-site VPN frequently and every time this happen i have to power cycle the device to bring back the VPN. the WAN connection is 100% up all the time. what could possibly the cause of this? my topology is hub -spoke, MX100 is the hub connecting site-to-site VPN with 6 spokes.

i also try Deny ICMP but still not working. what works for is create a group policy and define the L3 rules in the group policy then apply the group policy to the x.x.z.0 subnet. the rules that i define in the group policy is the same rules i define in the firewall configuration, but in firewall configuration those rules are not working.

both hosts are connected to MX LAN ports and the VLANs for the hosts are defined locally in the MX.

got the error below from one of my spoke for site-to-site VPN. my topology is hub and spoke, site-to-site VPNs to other spoke are up only to this particular spoke VPN is down. note that my MX64 connects directly to my ISP, and i'm using the same ISP on all my spoke and hub. the site-to-site VPN used to work but then suddenly went down. no configurations changes are made. does anyone experience this before? any solution tip is much appreciated. really need help on this. VPN Registry: Disconnected. This security appliance is unable to connect to any VPN registries using outbound UDP port 9350.
