Haven't tested the new MV32 but I do not believe it would do that "yet". Meraki I think usually thinks in a way that if their cameras cover a wide area and it's HD there would be no need for PTZ.

Try resetting the unit and use a different port and cable. If that doesn't work and you know you've tried 2 different methods I would try to RMA the MR33. Once in a blue it happens were an AP isn't functioning normally.

Hmm. That's odd. When you say SM Agent you do mean for desktop/laptop/mac installs correct? Not the iPad install? Usually when I install them on machines it would be through a m.meraki.com From there I install the agent. I never had to push it because it needed to get enrolled to recieve the ability for management. So I'm a little confused as to why it's being pushed. Sorry.
