The "Meraki Setup" SSID is primarily used for initial setup of your Z1/Meraki device. Once configuring a new wireless network within the dashboard this overrides the "Meraki Setup" network.   Do you have any traffic shaping rules setup which could limit the speeds that you are getting? In theory, your assumptions are correct. I'd be interested to see if the static routes work as they may take precedence over the default WAN routes which allows traffic to pass onto the Internet at both sites.   What do you have connected down-stream from the MX's? The AP's resort to "Meshing" when an up-link connection cannot be established on the LAN interface of the Access point. I think the problem you're experiencing is that in the "Public port" you're putting in the "Source Port". The "Public Port" is actually the "Destination Port" of the traffic hitting the "Public IP" of the MX. Heres an idea, e.g for the last rule; You'll just then have to follow the same concept for all the other required rules.   Description  - Uplink x - Protocol - Public port - LAN IP - Local Ports - Allowed remote IP's XMPP - Uplink 1 - TCP - 522 - LAN IP of Edge Expressway - 522 - Public IP of remote hosts (If a variety of ranges you could use any)   Effectively if you allow "any" this will allow all incoming traffic with the destination port 522 to be forwarded to the Edge Expressway. Hello @Yifeng, Are the AP's online and checking into the dashboard? If so create a "New" wireless network and add all the AP's to this network. When this done you should have the ability to change the regulatory domain as per the article earlier posted.   If you're still having issues, I'd suggest reaching out to Meraki support. Have you attempted to troubleshoot this issue in great detail? If it's only the one user that's complaining I'd assume it's a user specific issue.    Access the Dashboard and check the Signal strength of the wireless phone, it could very well be in an area within the room which has a "weak" signal strength. (The phones wireless so you'll probably have to walk around with the phone to replicate the users movement when having issues.)   It could be the case that the phone's roaming between AP's which is causing the problem. If this is the case attempt to turn on 802.11r.    If you're still having issues i'd recommend calling Meraki support while replicating the issue above. ... View more

You might also want to check that there is no firewall upstream which could be blocking connectivity to the cloud (help>firewall info) within dashboard shows the range of IP's/Ports that are required to be opened up on the firewall to allow for cloud communication. ... View more

You could attempt to create a specific VLAN for guest users off the firewall and obviously control what they can talk to within your network from the firewall itself using firewall rules. That way you gain full visibility of Guest clients at the firewall.   Never the less, visibility of guest clients can be seen from the Mearki dashboard. IMO if you can implement security closer to the edge of the network the better. I'd stick with your Meraki Guest NAT SSID.  ... View more
