Have you configured a public IP or private IP on MX Wan interface? If it was configured with private IP you need to create a NAT policy, if was configured with a public IP I suggest you to review the L2TP configuration. Or Maybe you should have to open a support case.

It is recommended to configure only ports facing end-hosts as untrusted (Trusted: disabled). Ports connecting network devices such as switches should be configured as trusted to avoid connectivity issues.

Are 802.11w and/or 802.11r enabled? If yes, is it possible to disable it to perform a test? Is your SSID set to WPA2 or WPA3?

If the MX is the gateway of this network there is no need to create statistical routes, I think you are complicating things. Have you already checked that the Windows firewall is not blocking remote access? Try disabling Window firewall.

You are wrong, you need to activate it manually. How long do I have to reactivate my account after it expires? I would not particularly consider this design using wireless cameras, for the reasons already mentioned (bandwidth consumption, the various obstacles in the way, etc). In its place I would invest in a wired network connection, mainly because of the stability.

Unfortunately not, you would have to create new organizations and then move devices to it, not to mention having to reconfigure everything. My suggestion is to open a support case.

Have you already done a test with configuring an external DNS? Just to confirm if it could be something DNS related (which I find difficult). What type of authentication are you using?
