In order to back out of the page the admin is forced to refresh the page. Update: I am also seeing the same issue when clicking on the SSID and then share as well.

I did notice one strange thing when starting a ticket. Once a user/admin clicks open ticket then enters anything in the subject field. There is a spinning wheel in the box below that never goes away. It is like the box is looking for a ticket or KB that it never finds.

This issue is resolved with the latest update. Feedback: The "Success" popup box states someone will email you in the next couple of days. This wording feels like the issue is a low-priority event. Maybe we could look at changing the wording to 1-2 or 1-3 business days. I believe most of the community is aware that SLAs are not as tight as Meraki propper, but setting some type of SLA with a user or admin may give a slightly better experience.

I ran the tests from MS Edge and Safari. I tried to edit my post but for some reason I couldn’t. I found a workaround by clicking submit ticket from the main screen. Sent from IPhone.

That choice is up to you and what is best for your customer base. I will say I came from UI, and though in many cases it is a good choice I can't name how many times I was hit with some random bug that took my customers down. There are other brands out on the market that fall in the same price point, but it comes down to what you feel is a good band choice and the learning curve behind that choice.

If you only want to connect APs and routers to any non-MGo switch physically, then the answer is yes. If you want to control the switch in the GUI then the answer is no.

You should be able to log into the M-Go portal and add the new device or you can use the app. I wouldn’t log into the Meraki portal to do this work as they are two different ecosystems. doing it this way will allow you to rollback via hardware swap Incase things don’t workout.

It ssoouunndsss like you just need a simple router that may or may not hand out DHCP. M-Go just released VPN support so if that becomes a need you're covered there. So yeah this router could work for you. The good news is there is a 30-day return policy in the event it doesn't do what you want it to do.
