after more investigation it seemed the issue is more on the switch side rather than AP. we had to upgrade our MS150 switches to MS 18.1.3.1 firmware. this is beta firmware so there could more underlying issue. However since upgrade its been stable. we have not tried wifi7 yet.

Thanks @BlakeRichardson for confirming that you are experiencing the issue on Safari. Along with investigating the issue the engineering team will look to see how this was not caught earlier. Once you open the support case please DM me the support case number and I'll monitor it.

Still none the wiser. The old gen chromecasts still work most of the time (occasionally they will disappear for a while and come back). Though I haven't even tried the newer version for several months, so who knows.

The syslog messages are sent directly by the device. If you do a packet capture on the edge do you see udp/514 traffic?

@Slayton you cannot split subnets within VLAN's, so you have to create either separate VLAN's for the subnets, or do something in the way Philip is proposing. All of this possibly breaks client - client connectivity which you might need, especially multicast. Also different SSID's per floor is not really what you should *want* I think. Maybe go a step back and describe the goal you are trying to achieve?

There both enabled... Talking to support there looks to be a bug, as they are not doing what they should be doing. But with them being EOL, I'm not sure there will be a fix. I've set some to manual, to try and space out the channels, so hopefully that works.

morning all just an update, Cisco TAC have taken logs a couple of times and apparently kicked the issue to the WIFI 7 specific team. I also noticed new AP firmware today MR 32.1.5, I might load on a couple of innocuous access points and test, can always roll back right?

Measurements taken on different devices show the expected speed — as always, slightly lower than the speed declared by the ISP

I wanted to block wireless only clients from talking to each other. But wired to wireless should communicate (Like PC on Wi-Fi to Printer on Ethernet). If I turn on Layer 2 LAN isolation, the printer becomes unreachable to wireless clients.

Thanks everyone for the great feedback! Turns out my Service manager at the store has a POC that can come out with a lift and get the SN's off the WAP's. Great responses by this Community, thanks!

Are you running a current stable or better firmware? Do your hubs have the public IP addresses directly on their WAN interfaces, or are they running through NAT?

This has been resolved. Oversight on my part. The issue was that the VLAN's had to be allowed on the Uplink and Downlink connections of each of the switches. Also, Catalyst switches do not allow for the "All" entry in the Allowed VLAN's, they have to be enumerated.

Or a set of NoName, unmanaged 4port switches from a nearby electronics store, may also do it.

Fair enough, thank you. It seems overkill to run through those steps so we may just have to deal with the extra emails when we see those brief blips. It's obviously a pretty minor issue. For what it's worth, I have sent feedback requesting the feature upgrade in the software but as with feature requests across all companies, it's unlikely to be seen let alone implemented any time soon. Thanks for the help everyone!

You can do this WITHOUT a MCG. You can tunnel SSIDS to an MX directly as long as the MX is in the same org

Combing through the wireshark log - I determined that I need to separate out more of my traffic. The ports look like they are being flooded by other traffic than my voice vlan traffic. I created a test vlan and tested it on a handful of phones. Those phones stayed in the voice vlan and have successfully stayed connected. Thank you all for your help and support.

Hi, i want to test Client VPN in Meraki. This is my first time want to configure this features but got few hasitations. The settings you requested require confirmation. Please review the following list. The local subnet 10.22.45.0/27 overlaps with a remote VPN subnet on the network (MY COMPANY) - appliance (10.0.0.0/8). IP traffic will be routed to the smallest subnet that contains the IP address. What will happen if i click confirm changes ?
