My customers have stated how simple Meraki have made their hardware from simple things such as: - The actual cardboard the device ships in contains no waste I.e plastic bags, polystyrene etc - no unwanted power cables - the switches, MXs have the mounting wings built in so there’s no time wasted screwing in the mounts. And don’t mention the anxiety of losing a mounting screw!!!

Where are you seeing the status that it’s running at 100mbps? On the switch or the AP itself? Seen it in the past where I’ve hovered over the switchport in the dashboard which reports 100mbps but when I went directly to the AP it was showing connected at 1Gbps

Hi @Rahul_Wankhade Wish Cisco had never End Of Lifed the 7925’s. The 8821’s have been trouble ever since they came out, bug fix after bug fix. Take a look through this deployment guide for the 8821’s. If it’s already registered prior to the upgrade it will seamlessly re-register. You literally need to do nothing except schedule in the upgrade or hit “enter upgrade now”

Hi @Noah014 , very little time. The AP will upgrade whilst still actively serving clients then it will reload. During that period it will drop off then reconnect once registered out to the cloud again. Approx 1-2 minutes
