When auditing I look for ports that have been down for a period of time I.e longer than a month. These are then shut and placed into a non routable VLAN

As @alemabrahao has already stated they’re two different things. It’s a bit like having stacked switches connected back to the core with dual 10Gbps uplinks and then having a 1Gbps internet pipe.

Personally I’d be screaming at my Account Manager and then in turn their line manager. Was their a Partner involved in this process? Ive always found Cisco/Meraki pretty easy to work with and if a mistake was made they’ve made amends. Fight your corner. There’s always another vendor that will be happy to take your business…!

Hi @A_Vijay , unfortunately the only way to get any backend information is via support. I wasn’t aware that they couldn’t release this info to you. The only cpu output that’s readily available via the dashboard is for the MXs. You could try engaging with your Meraki AN to see if there’s anyway they can get this information on your behalf.

Are we talking Teams telephony? If so and you’re using Direct Routing there’s pretty nothing much you can do to optimise from the MX outbound to the internet.
