The MX68 has always been a bit of a tricky firewall. In our cases it does not like DSL connections, but that is another issue. We have had some similar cases where the MX68 would have high latency or not work well on a good ISP connection. Swapping firewall to an MX84 would fix the problem so we knew it was something with the MX68. Sometimes doing full power off for a full minute (making sure all the electronics inside have no stored power in the capacitors) then power on and wait until it is completely back on line and then do a full factory reset. @TEAM-ind Note the licensing will not transfer the way you might think so you MUST keep this in mind before changing.   Example: 1 x MX64 2 x MX84 1 x MX85 1 x MS220 10 x MS250 1 MS350   You bought a 3 year license for the MX84 and the MS250s and have 2 years left and yesterday you bought a 5 year license for the MX85 and MS350. However your 3 year license for the MX64 and the MS220 are about to expire and you are ok with that because you are NOT going to re-new or continue using them.   What should happen is they all get their licenses with the time you bought but that is not what will happen. The license will go through an algorithm and be sort of divided up on everything you have.    You will wind up with a lot of time on the MX64 and the MS220 that you don't need.    Be very careful before doing this and mindful of what you need and have on the dashboard before changing.   -DarkStar   ... Hello Meraki Engineers. This is becoming mission critical. Now that we are using StarLink as an ISP we need our equipment to be on a timer and reboot every Sunday. StarLink makes changes every week and this requires our MX to be rebooted. Currently we have to ask a staff member every Monday morning to pull the power cord to reboot the MX to get them back on line. We are needing this feature more and more, especially with all the work from home. We are in rural areas and many times the ISP is out for a while and when they come back you have to reboot the MX to get the site back on line (or all the way on line) Many times we them to just reboot every night at 1am so the site is on line in the morning.  Since we cannot schedule that I have to call someone to go pull the power cord and wait 15 seconds to get the site on line. Now with remote work I have to call the maintenance person and we have to wait 1 or 2 hours until he gets there to power cycle the MX. @PeterJamesI have begged and begged for better licensing and tracking for 3 years. We have a huge problem with it. We bill back to sites, one corporation but all sites make their own money. I have to know what equipment a site has, how long they had it, when it expires, and which license are theirs. We have contractors that help, so things inputted into the dashboard are not tracked to a site, because their "contractor" goal it to get the site up and paid. I keep asking for Meraki to give us the ability to manage the licensing needed in a enterprise environment. So far no luck. I have another thread for a make a wish request that helps with this, doesn't fix it but helps. I have screenshots, of selecting the MX device and have it give you the complete list of what is at the site, MX, MS, MR, etc. Then have the same button in the corner to export it. We have just been notified by 2 of our rural ISPs that they will no longer be able to provide IPv4 addresses. They are such small ISPs that cannot keep IPv4 address space and will be converting everyone to IPv6 over the next 6 months. (Note these are the only ISPs available) This will not matter to their residential customers who just get a new modem and they work fine. BUT! We have MANY sites with MX devices that are critical to our business and the safety and well being of people in these areas. @Welles  Removing the feature if there is no way to fix it I agree. However many times I do not have access to a remote system to do a speed test. I have networks all over the state, so I need the speed test to work from the MX.  OR I could be standing up a new site with no clients and I need to validate the speed to take possession of the circuit.
