WiFi not Connected

Assistance required:

Connectivity issues with Meraki MR46 Wi-Fi Router on Android Tablet an Canon MB2730 Printer

I am reaching out to seek your assistance regarding connectivity issues with our  MR46 Wi-Fi Router.

1. Android Tablet (version 9) not connecting to the Wi-Fi Network.

2. Canon MB2730 Printer is also unable to connect to the Wi-Fi Network.

Could you please provide guidance or Troubleshooting steps to resolve these issues.

Below are some details that might help:

* MR46 Wi-Fi network is configured and working for other devices

* We have attempted basic troubleshooting steps such as Restarting the devices and checking Wi-Fi credentials but the issue persists.

* Both device works properly in other company Wi-Fi router.

What frequencies are you using on your SSID as I would presume that the printer is wanting to connect at 2.4ghz

As well keep in mind to check the 2.4GhZ is not blocked via Wireless>Radio settings under Overview tab.
