Why do off-line APs still show an on-line icon?

We are preparing new Meraki APs to replace non-Meraki units in a building.  Part of the process includes connecting the devices to the network so they receive the config from the dashboard, firmware updates, etc.  After they show on-line in the dashboard, they are disconnected from the network for a few days until they are installed.

Some of the units continue to show a green "on-line" status on the dashboard even though the Connectivity column clearly shows "no connectivity" for multiple hours.

I opened a case with Meraki support about this, but they don't have an answer so far other than "We are continuing to investigate this dashboard display issue."

Has anyone else experienced this?

In the example below, the third unit still shows a green "on-line" icon even though it has been down since yesterday.

Does it change if you put the time range lower. For example 2 hour

Good question, but no, it doesn't make a difference.

Sounds like you need to contact support. I have not seen that behaviour myself.
