Can I do a firmware downgrade pass the 14 day grace period?

I need to downgrade my APs to a later version, but it has passed those 14 days period. Is there way to do this manually or not? Thank you.

No, It's not possible after passing the rollback deadline.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

That's a bummer. Well, they need to fix that and make it possible. Do you know why 14 days is the magical number?

It is defined by Meraki. Maybe you can ask support to help you.

Support might be able to manually do this for you. I guess 14 days is where they draw a line in the sand.

Contact both your Meraki AM and support.  It’s more than doable

Yes you can downgrade to almost any possible version. You have to ask support to pin that version. Simple as that.
