Updating the topic: This week I went to the place where the problem was present. With a collegue of Infraestructure we decided to change the RJ45, in all the AP that were with the problem, after replaced the RJ45 the AP started to work to 1Gbps.

So my conclussion is: The problem was generated because of the RJ45.

Thanks for your help, but the problem was something physical.

Have you tried changing the cable or testing the AP directly on the switch port?

This could be a cable issue.

You can use CAT6 or CAT6e.
