Hi @Mohammad

You are right. The support for Meraki Products are included in the Licenses.

However Meraki also offers (Optional) time bound RMA support for Critical Operations.

You may find more information in the following file.

Hi @Mohammad

SKU starts with CON-ROB-XXXX (XXXX Depends on the Product etc.). There is a list available in CCW. Ideally you must reach your preferred reseller to get complete details.

I believe Middle East too covered under this program.

Also there are 2 kinds of Service Tiers available

1. Meraki Now

2. Meraki Now Onsite

Also you may consider @PhilipDAth advice too.

Almost now one buys Meraki Now - so more than likely you can safely ignore it.

If you have many devices of the same type it will work out much cheaper to buy a cold spare.

@PhilipDAth  Thanks.

There are 2 450 model switches acting as Core in Network, if i considered STANDARD Support it take 5 days for RMA. which could cost more business impact. so considering Additional RMA support!

Comments and Tips will be highly Appreciated to deal this type scenario.

I don't know for your country in particular, but for most countries the standard Meraki RMA is "next business day".

If you have dual 450's and everything is dual connected a single failure shouldn't take everything out.

I'm going to guess over three years it will still be cheaper to buy a cold spare 450 than get Meraki Now.
