As we know the enterprise license includes the licenses and smartnet support for hardware but if the customer wants to have different SLA what are the SKUs and where we can find it?
For example: One of my customers need on-site engineer support for MS and MR replacement
Let say MS120-8Port Switch &
MR33 Access Point
they need either 8X5 or 24X7 on site field engineer support for faulty AP or MS replacement.
Are you a reseller? You can find the SKUs in CCW. Otherwise just reach out to your reseller for pricing and info.

Thanks this is really useful, I am a reseller but somehow not able to get the ordering guide for the support services for Meraki. I have some SKU's for MS120 and MR33 but want to check all other options available for onsite and for that looking for different SKU.
is there any document which has the support SKU for Meraki with the description?
There probably is a doc somewhere. I think I recall one that looks like the one I linked, but had more detail.
In the meantime here if you use CCW you can find them the same way you would add smartnet to tradional Cisco gear. Here is an example of what it looks like. Not that they call all the options "RMA ONLY" for some reason. There are 3 versions of RMA only and 3 of RMA plus onsite for each product. The ones with "OS" at the end are for on site.
