As we know the enterprise license includes the licenses and smartnet support for hardware but if the customer wants to have different SLA what are the SKUs and where we can find it?
For example: One of my customers need on-site engineer support for MS and MR replacement
Let say MS120-8Port Switch &
MR33 Access Point
they need either 8X5 or 24X7 on site field engineer support for faulty AP or MS replacement.
