Hello,

I am seeing Core Switches are failed to connect the Radius server. Please let me know what could be the problem.

Kind of a big deal

Your not really giving us any real information to go off, but I'll try:

Review this:

https://documentation.meraki.com/MR/Encryption_and_Authentication/RADIUS_Issue_Resolution_Guide
https://documentation.meraki.com/MS/Access_Control/MS_Switch_Access_Policies_(802.1X)

Make sure the PSK is correct
Make sure you have the devices added into your radius server as allowed

Did this just start happening?

Are you talking about the physical connection between the RADIUS server and your switches, or are your switches using 802.1x and RADIUS with that is failing, or something else?
