What is your native vlan?

Set it to the vlan which you have the managment ip of the ap.

What @rwiesmann said. In addition to that, make sure the native VLAN is part of your allowed VLAN List.

On CBS switches there is even more config hidden if it is the default.
Make sure you indeed have explicitly configured the native VLAN.
Or if you are using the GUI, set the PVID and untagged VLAN to your AP MGMT VLAN.

Getting noticed

If you want to pass multiple VLANs through your Cisco Meraki MR36, then you should configure the port its connected to as a trunk and allow the specified VLANs you want tagged on the trunk. The MR36 should use the native VLAN for IP connectivity.

Make sure you have configured the native VLAN on your trunk to be what you plan your MR36 to sit on. Make sure that native VLAN is configured upstream on the network and your management VLAN is assigned that VLAN ID.

Set the native VLAN number for the accesspoints VLAN.
