MS-Switching

I heard a funny rumor from co-worker telling me:

" I just heard from another client that they said Meraki is going to stop making switches all together? It was a sales rep. Have you heard anything- i googled and did not".

I had said that even if that was the case it wouldn't just STOP! Even though I know this isn't too clear on where he had heard this I just wanted to take a shot in the dark asking if there talk of the MS line.

Was inevitable. Just as long as we can cloud manage does it matter?

Well tbh , I think that the last MS is indeed the MS130. Everything is going to be catalyst in the future.

Yep, as said above it seems highly likely Meraki managed switches from now on will just be Cisco Catalyst rather than a specific MS line. Same for MR line.
Probably a good thing to be honest. Unify efforts on product development and bug fixes, and probably a quicker deliver of features.
