9300L cli console not working

Hi,
We purchased 20 9300L  switches in the Meraki version, the switches display output on startup but after that you can no longer see anything in the CLI.
Is this correct?
Does the 9300 in the Meraki version disable the ability to manage via CLI.

Correct. There is no console access in Meraki mode. All management is via the dashboard.
