Remote Factory Reset

Is there a way to issue a reset command from the dashboard? I can do a reboot from the dashboard, and I can press the button at the camera, but I want to "press the button" remotely. I have a camera which is difficult to reach and is giving me problems. I would like to reset it remotely if possible.

Hi @EJN

You’re only option for a reset is the physical option:

Maybe worth a shout into support to see if they can do anything remotely from their side?

Why do you want to reset the camera? Are there any problems with it? If yes, one troubleshooting step could be do move the camera to a new network and later move it back. Sometimes problems disappear this way.
