@redsector if you put a camera in you can save money and use an analogue thermometer,  just point the camera at it... 😉

@redsector Meraki MT10 is the temperature and humidity sensor for protecting network closet which requires WiFi6 AP or MV Camera as the gateway.

Here is the installation guide which lists all available gateway devices just for your reference👍

I know you are looking for the solution with wired LAN solution, but an idea would be if you install MT10 and MV as the gateway that our smart camera, you can protect much more for your network closet by the sensor and also the camera with motion search & alerts  and people detection😋

Cameras are a difficult thing in Germany. It´s not allowed at most places.
