If you want to check the actual circuit capacity then use iperf3. You need your ISP to run it on a server at their end, and you need to run it on a server at your end. Both ends should ideally plug directly into the fibre.

Note you are unlikely to be able to generate 10Gbe of traffic with a notebook. They just don't have enough punch. Typically you'll need a server-class machine.
I guess you could try creating an iperf cluster using a number of notebooks and running the tests in parallel.
It will probably be cheaper to hire a DDOS service.
