Unable to access weebly.com or https://www.geographypods.com/

I have had trouble accessing these sites. After checking the URLs, they are not within the blocked content filtering categories. I cant see traffic logs generated by these sites and the users. What could be blocking it? Not even a whitelisted user can access it.

Its accessible for me even without whitelisting.

Can you share the event log or can be check over the webex?

Both domains check out as Safe via Talos and others.

Do you have any Geographic Firewall rules that could be blocking them?  Albeit, both domains show as registered in USA

Yes. They are safe, but we can't access them. Meraki support has suggested reaching out to Weebly. The country IPs might be blacklisted.

Are you check after disabling  IDS/IPS ?

Take a packet capture on your WAN interface of the MX , if you see TCP SYNs going to their IPs then the issue is not your side.
