MX95 Thoughts and opinions

Hey fellow forum members. I just wanted to get the take from people who has deployed the MX95 unit? How has it been for you any big issues that you ran across? What I am hoping to avoid is any problems like the random reboot issue that the MX75 is seeing.

We have a good number of them deployed. We do enable AMP/IPS. We do use some content filtering at some clients. Have had no major issues. Albeit we also have a good number of MX75s and have not seen the reboot issue.

Have a couple in production environments to include both as edge firewalls and VPN concentrators.  No issue whatsoever.  The customer's hindsight is not going with the MX105 from the aspect of being a boost in client devices.  We have not had any MX75 reboot issues (ever) with any of the many in production environments.

Just to add some more weight to this, we have dozens out there in the wild and as far as I am aware none have experienced the reboot 'panic' issues that the MX75 has.

MX95 unit is good and i don't see any issues at all.

HHAHAHA Naaaa... Long story short I signed up to Meraki with my work account when I started my job. Then years later I started working with M-Go and I had to sign up with a home account. Over time I decided to only maintain  a single account (Need all my post count, kudos, and what in one profile).

Hi @TyShawn ,

Even though you have your answer. "problems like the random reboot issue that the MX75 is seeing." I suggest you raise a case with Meraki Support, so they can run thorough checks.

Already done good sir, I even have my replacement unit that has been solid so far but the last unit took months before I saw the issue pop up.
