MX65 keep going unreachable

There are two MX65 at site second one is configured as a spare/warm device for device redundancy purpose. 

Primary is working fine no issue but spare one is keep going unreachable every 30 minutes or an hour then it came online for couple of minutes and went offline again.

Troubleshoot done: Checked upstream link, DNS server verified, 

Note: both of the MX firmware is not up to date yet.

Can someone please suggest what troubleshoot steps I need to do?

@kishan : VPN Concentrator/Passthrough Mode or Routed mode ?

Its routed mode on MAC address tracking and single LAN configured.

No its not came as a active but as "Ready". Lan connectivity is fine cause primary is works fine.

When it is unreachable access the local status page and see what it is reporting as the issue.
