Latency on Citrix sessions

Hi All,

our company migrated from MPLS to Merkai.We have problems with citrix sessions,thin clients are very slow.I start a packet capture and I see many retransmission TCP. Has anyone else had similar problems?

Sounds like you might have issues with your connectivity between the MX units.  I'd look into that.

We have a multi-site MX WAN and most of our users are on CItrix or Horizon VDIs without issues or any latency problems. There is a built in link quality check if you have two links from a site that looks like the below, have you checked that?

I'm thinking that the problem is on the devices

Any chance you are simply running out of bandwdith?
