Config wise there are ways to share things like just pure internet and use group policies and vlans to isolate traffic. The main limitation configuration wise is AutoVPN doesn't work across orgs and all tracking/logging type info may not match up or work across the orgs. It really depends on your exact needs.

I generally would want different devices for different companies, but could see some corner cases where you just need to provide internet to a few different places and just need basic segregation.

One device can only belong to one Org inventory.

As previously already mentioned a device can only belong in one Orgs dashboard

I'm not an employee of Cisco/Meraki. My posts are based on Meraki best practice and what has worked for me in the field.

You can certainly use a Meraki switch as a POP, and use it to break out internet for other organizations.

But as others has stated, it can only belong to one organization. You can grant others access to the network that has the Meraki switch assigned, and also grant them privileges to manage certain ports only.

But the same switch cannot belong to multiple networks or organizations, simultaneously.
