HUB--> HUB-->Spoke Routing

We have a MX in our DC(HUB) and we are advertising 10/8 to all our spokes and hub . We have two more HUB's in AWS and which advertise just AWS subnets .. Our spokes have DC(HUB) as primary hub and AWS Hubs as secondary & tertiary hub .. Our Auto VPN tunnel from one of the spoke went down to DC but was up with HUB's in AWS , Shouldn't AWS hub's have advertised 10/8 to our spokes ? and our spokes network to HUB DC since connectivity between AWS HUBs and Spoke was up ?

Do the AWS hubs reflect the 10.0.0.0/8 network is present in the BGP advertisement?

Unless you configure AWS hubs to actually have reachability to 10.0.0.0/8, they won't advertise 10.0.0.0/8 to spokes.

No, the AWS HUB even knows the network via your DC HUB, but if you are not advertising directly or via BGP the network will not be advertised through AWS.
