What is the meraki SLA for hardware replacement and warranty ??

What is the meraki SLA for hardware replacement and warranty ?  I thaught it was Next Business Day ?

I had hardware fail  and have been told they don't have any parts in Australia ?

How can this be the case ??  How can cisco not have a good spare parts inventory to cover all the active service contracts ?

@CharlieCrackle, generally replacements with the standard warranty are Next Business Day, but the official line is they ship within one business day on a best effort basis. It’s those last 5 words which are the gotcha.

If you need a more solid replacement agreement then you need to look at Meraki Now, which is somewhat equivalent to Cisco SmartNet. I believe it’s only then do these devices get factored into Cisco’s sparing model to ensure there is adequate supply in local depots.

@CharlieCrackle : Depends upon what support you took from Cisco, Check the below link

According to Merak Terms of Use, shipments may take up to five days.

To request a return materials authorization (RMA), please complete the RMA request form in the Meraki dashboard. If your RMA request is approved, Cisco Meraki will email you an RMA number and a return shipping label free of charge. We will ship replacement units within five business days of receiving your defective units. If no trouble is found, we will contact you before taking further action.

@Inderdeep it may differ if you have any extended Cisco Service..
