The correct answer is c! The network topology on the Meraki Dashboard supports both Meraki and non-Meraki devices. Options d an e were correct statements about the Layer 3 topology, not the Layer 2.

C is correct and diamond may also denote Meraki device(s) that are on a different Org/Network

Trick question maybe as yes if you took a Windows or Mac Screenshot then you can store that as JPEG.
BUT if you Navigate in Meraki Dashboard to Network-wide--->Monitor--->Topology the Download option only saves in SVG format graphics file.
So still think C is the correct answer.
