CMNA license renewal retirement

Hi,

yesterday, I received email with the Subject:  Upcoming Changes to your CMNA License Renewal program

The email says that:

  1. Ongoing CMNA license renewals will retire on December 2nd, 2024
  2. To help you continue to demo Meraki, you will receive one additional 5-year term license that starts on December 2nd 2024. No action is required on your part to receive this renewal.

I have multiple devices and the question is whether all of them receives the new 5y license.

Do you know? The email provided for questions doesnt work neither the FAQ section

thank you

I have made substantiel private investments in demo equipment, outbuilding my original CMNA setup.

answer from the support to the original question: If your organization has fewer than 12 devices, you will receive a single license key that covers all the licenses for your organization.

my question just to make sure then was: hi, ok, so if I have 3 MXs, 2 MRs and 1 MS, then all 6 devices will receive the 5y license so all of them will work for next 5years, correct? thank you

and the response: Yes, that's correct

so it looks like we are good 🙂
